ANNOUNCING THE 2024 GOOD FOOD AWARDS FINALISTS
311 Finalists from 44 states represent the nation’s best in tasty, authentic and responsible food and drink SAN FRANCISCO, CA (January 8, 2024) – The Good Food Foundation proudly announces the Finalists for the 2024 Good Food Awards, recognizing 311 outstanding companies dedicated to sustainable, delicious, and responsibly crafted food and drink across the nation. With an unparalleled commitment to honoring artisans who push the boundaries of taste, quality, and ethical production, this year's selection showcases the best of the best in the culinary landscape.

From a pool of over 1,650 entrants, over 200 Good Food Awards judges meticulously evaluated submissions across 18 categories. The 2024 Finalists represent a diverse array of culinary traditions, techniques, and regions, embodying excellence within their craft. Among them are Heart & Seoul Food Co making Korean beef bone broth in Albany, New York using beef bones from local, small-scale ranchers; Northern Latitude Foods, an Idaho based maker who hand- harvests organic wild rice from the marshlands near Coeur D’Alene and collaborates with Native American chefs to provide a local source for this pre-colonial food; and Crooked Creek Birch, an Alaskan company crafting birch sap syrups.

“These exceptional producers have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to not only creating extraordinary flavors but also to sustainable practices, supporting their communities, and fostering transparency throughout their supply chains. This year's Finalists are true leaders in the good food movement.” said Sarah Weiner, Executive Director of the Good Food Foundation.

The 2024 Good Food Award Winners will be announced on April 29th at the Good Food Awards Ceremony in Portland, Oregon, alongside the Portland Mercantile on April 28th. Ticketing and registration for Awards Weekend will be available later this month on goodfoodfdn.org.
